Jelena brings a rich tapestry of experience, a vibrant community spirit, and a passion for excellence that promises to elevate our operations to new heights.

With roots deeply embedded in the Windsor Serbian community, she not only understands Serbian perfectly but also speaks it with pride. Her proficiency in French is also a nod to her involvement with the Francophone community, highlighted by her involvement in her children's educational activities.

Her academic achievements in Communication Studies, crowned with a Master's in Communications Media & Social Justice, lay a solid foundation for her wide-ranging skills. Jelena's career took flight from the vibrant corridors of a radio station during her undergrad, through customer service excellence at Windsor Family Credit Union, to a transformative role in a SaaS startup. There, she shone across Marketing, Instructional Design, and Sales as the Business Enablement Manager, contributing to the development of LMS systems and training programs for Fortune 500 companies.

Jelena's entry into RE/MAX Care is fuelled by a keen interest in real estate, combined with her operational and business management expertise. Her vision for seamless, efficient operations aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing unparalleled service to our clients. Her exceptional traits—keen observation, fairness, strength, reliability, and calm demeanor—not only define her professional excellence but also make her a beloved pillar within her community circles. 

Outside the office, Jelena shines as a dedicated mom to three children, skillfully juggling the demands of part-time taxi service with the joy of being their biggest fan at sports and performance events.
